Movie Review- Spider-Man: Homecoming

If you are a Spider-Man fan, you need to go watch this new movie. Spider-Man: Homecoming was released on July 7, 2017, and people from all over flocked to the movie theaters to watch it. This movie, starring Zendaya and Tom Holland, follows Peter Parker back home to live with his Aunt May. Peter desperately wants to be a part of the Avengers, but is told to lay low for a while. Peter has a problem with that, and puts his powers to the test against the evil Vulture.

I went to watch this movie in theaters, and even though the movie was long, I enjoyed it. The movie was funny, and many critics agreed it “united a diverse audience.” Taylor Smith, an eleventh grader at ECCHS, said, “I wondered why a new Spider-Man movie was coming out at first, but after I watched it, I realized Spider-Man is a classic. You can’t have too many Spider-Man movies!” Stone Crook, also an eleventh grader here at ECCHS, said, “I really liked it. This new Spider-Man is probably the best one made.”
