LaKeisha T. Gantt

LaKeisha was born and raised in Forsyth, GA (Middle GA). Her parents are Ralph and Connie Gantt. She is the oldest of three children to Mr. and Mrs. Ralph E. Gantt Sr. and has one daughter Miss Kayden Gantt. She is married to Mr. Larry Wallace of Niagara Falls, NY and has two daughters, Kayden and Kylee.

LaKeisha attended Mary Persons High School, Forsyth, GA and graduated with Honors. She then attended Jackson State University in Jackson, MS., where she graduated with Honors and received her Bachelor's Degree in English and Political Science. LaKeisha then proceeded to Law School where she received her Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, in Lansing MI.

After Graduating from Law school at the Age of 25, LaKeisha was the first African American Female from Forsyth GA to become the Staff Attorney for the Superior Court of the Towaliga Judicial Circuit (Butts, Lamar and Monroe County). She has passed both the Georgia State Bar and the Illinois Bar.

In 2011-2012, Attorney LaKeisha Gantt was sworn in as the first Chairman of the Ethics Board for the City of Stockbridge. And in 2012 she was the first African American to be appointed as the Solicitor for the City of Stockbridge.

LaKeisha currently resides in Stockbridge, GA and is the owner of the Gantt & Associates Law Firm where she practices mainly Civil, Real Estate, Family Law and Misdemeanor Criminal Cases.

She is a Member of the Henry County Bar Association, The Family Law Section of the State Bar, a volunteer for multiple non-profit organizations, and last but not least a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.

LaKeisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling and loves speaking to the youth in the community. Hoping that one day she will have an impact on some of their lives.
